Normally, the process of screening, interviewing and final candidate selection takes a few weeks. Our hiring consultants will be able to provide you with a hiring schedule for your particular role(s) once the interview process kicks off.

The standard minimum contract duration is 3 months, though there is some flexibility here.

Yes, we can - assembling either localized or geographically distributed teams for our clients is our specialty. We can find an individual engineer/designer for your team or put together an entire project team to work alongside your core team. We’ve built teams of software developers, testers and designers, ranging from 5 to 15 team members, for some of our clients over the years.

Our candidates normally join our clients' teams on a full-time, fully dedicated basis. That said, if you’re interested in building a long-term partnership that starts with a part-time resource, let's chat.

There are really no particular limits on the types of roles, tools or technologies we work with as long as our clients can draft a well-defined role/skillset description. If there are any engineers or designers out there with the skills you are looking for, we will find them.

No, we don't charge any upfront recruiting or contractual fees whatsoever. You will not incur any costs until a candidate you've chosen joins your team and starts working.

We typically invoice our clients at the end of each month for work performed during that month. Invoices are generated on Net 30 basis, so our clients have an opportunity to review the charges prior to processing.

We currently accept payment via corporate checks, ACH, and bank wires.

There are no cancellation fees on our contracts. All contracts have a written 14-day notice period.

Screening & Interviewing

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

We screen for language skills, personality, domain-specific knowledge, and a high level of professionalism. We match all candidates with our senior hiring consultants for each and every interview, ensure they have a high level of proficiency in English, have them complete a number of tests to assess their specific technical proficiencies, check their references and past experience, and (for remote candidates) confirm they have personalities well-suited to working with western technical teams.

Every candidate we recommend for a client interview should write and speak fluent English. In fact, as part of our candidate screening process, we conduct lengthy interviews to ensure they have a high level of proficiency in English and have personalities well suited to working with western technical teams.

We take your intellectual property concerns very seriously. BXGI enters into talent agreements with every employee we bring onboard. Through these agreements, BXGI obtains exclusive ownership of the work created by BXGI hire that works with you. We then provide you with the intellectual property for the work that BXGI hire creates for you under our client agreement.

Yes, we provide an NDA to protect the confidentiality of your engagement. All BXGI hires are also covered under the agreement.


The candidates we work with are based all across the globe, with most of them located in the US, Canada. Mexico, Europe, and Latin America.

In practice, there have only been a few instances where clients have felt it was necessary to bring their remote team member physically on-site. If this truly is a requirement, we can work with you to coordinate relocating an individual or team to your location for a specified period of time.
