How we work

From requirement to contributing team member

A clear, repeatable process — scoped with you, run by us, and adjusted whenever your roadmap changes.

The process

Five stages, agreed with you up front

  1. Discovery

We discuss the work, the team it joins, the skills that matter most, working-hour requirements, budget range and timing.

  2. Role definition

We turn that into a written role profile and agree the evaluation steps and the talent markets to search.

  3. Search and screening

We source candidates, review relevant experience, assess communication, and run role-appropriate technical evaluation before presenting anyone.

  4. Client interviews

You receive a focused shortlist and run your own process. We coordinate scheduling, collect feedback and keep candidates informed.

  5. Onboarding and ongoing support

We handle contracting, onboarding logistics and administration, then stay engaged through the engagement to review how it is going.

Engagement models

Choose the model that matches the work

Different requirements call for different structures. These are the models BXGI supports.

Comparison of BXGI engagement models
Model Best for Who directs the work Typical shape
Staff augmentation Adding specific skills to an existing team Your managers One or more contributors, contract basis
Dedicated team A product line or workstream needing its own capacity Your managers, with BXGI support A coordinated group of engineers, QA and design
Contract-to-hire Evaluating fit before permanent headcount Your managers Contract period, then conversion
Direct hire Approved permanent roles Your managers Search and shortlist, you employ directly

Commercial terms, notice periods and evaluation steps for each model are set out in your client agreement.

Talent markets

Onsite, onshore, nearshore, offshore

The right market depends on the skills required, the working-hour overlap you need and your budget.

  • Onsite — the professional works from your office or a client site
  • Onshore — remote, in the same country as your team
  • Nearshore — nearby countries with substantial working-hour overlap
  • Offshore — wider markets, usually with limited live overlap and asynchronous working

Common questions

Before you get started

How long does a search usually take?

Screening, interviewing and selection typically take a few weeks, depending on the seniority and specialisation of the role. We share an expected schedule once the requirement is agreed.

Who manages the professional day to day?

Your managers do. BXGI professionals work inside your tools, meetings and reporting structure while BXGI handles the employment and administrative relationship.

Can we run our own technical interviews?

Yes. Most clients do. BXGI presents candidates and coordinates scheduling; your team makes the hiring decision.
