Referral Program

We are a full-service staffing firm specializing in temporary staffing of technology and creative professionals that enables innovative technology companies to scale their engineering and creative teams on-demand.

Refer a new client to BXGI and receive a $3,000 Referral Fee after we place our first temporary contractor with that client.

Collect another $1,000 for every additional successful contractor placement with your referred client for up to 1 year.

Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client OR a company with which we have not worked as a client or prospective client within 365 days.

Qualifying for your $3,000 reward is easy!

1. Complete the New Client Referral form.

2. We will contact you and ask that you advise your client referral that we will be contacting them.

3. We will contact any qualified client contacts that you refer.

4. If we enter into a staffing engagement with your client referral within 90 days of your referral, and we place a temporary contractor with your contact, then you will be eligible for the $3,000 Referral Fee subject to accepting the terms and conditions.

• If the same client referral is made by more than one referrer, only the first person (based on the date and time the New Client Referral form was submitted) making the referral will be eligible for the $3,000 Referral Fee.
• You will receive a check in the amount of $3,000 from BXGI within 10 business days after we receive our first payment for the placed contractor from client you have referred.
• No limit to the number of qualified client referrals you can make.
• The $3,000 fee applies only to referrals of clients engaging staffing services with BXGI and does not apply to any other service offering or practice. All information on the New Client Referral form must be accurately provided.
• This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws.
• Recruitment Agencies are not eligible to participate.
• BXGI reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with or without notice.
