Refer a new client to BXGI
Know a technology team that needs technical staffing help? Introduce them to BXGI and earn a referral fee once we place a contractor with them.
How the program works
Refer a new client to BXGI and receive a $3,000 referral fee after we place our first temporary contractor with that client. You can then collect a further $1,000 for every additional successful contractor placement with your referred client for up to one year.
A referral may be any company that has not previously been a BXGI client, or a company we have not worked with as a client or prospective client within the last 365 days.
Four steps to a referral fee
- Complete the new client referral form on this page.
- We contact you and ask you to let your referral know we will be in touch.
- We contact the qualified client contact you referred.
- If we enter a staffing engagement with that client within 90 days of your referral and place a contractor, you become eligible for the $3,000 referral fee, subject to the terms below.
Terms and conditions
- If the same client is referred by more than one person, only the first referral received (by date and time of form submission) is eligible for the fee.
- Payment is issued by cheque within 10 business days after BXGI receives its first payment from the referred client for the placed contractor.
- There is no limit to the number of qualified client referrals you can make.
- The fee applies only to referrals of clients engaging staffing services with BXGI, and not to any other service offering. All information on the referral form must be accurate.
- The program is subject to applicable state and federal tax laws.
- Recruitment agencies are not eligible to participate.
- BXGI may change any aspect of the program, or discontinue it, with or without notice.
